Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Republic Peptide is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, or the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number, photos of the package, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
