Our business and this agreement
Republic Peptide — a Division of Westbridge Enterprises, LLC (“Republic Peptide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates republicpeptide.com. These terms govern use of our website and purchases from us, together with the policies linked below. Please read them before creating an account or ordering.
Eligibility and research materials
You must be at least 21 and legally eligible to purchase and receive the materials you order. Research materials are supplied exclusively for lawful laboratory research and analytical work by qualified individuals or institutions. They are not for human or animal administration, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic use. Our Research Use Only Policy explains these restrictions. Ordinary branded merchandise is not a research chemical.
Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery information. Keep your credentials private and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. We may restrict access or refuse an order for suspected fraud, misuse, prohibited use, or legal or security concerns.
Orders, payments, and savings
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not unconditional acceptance or payment verification. Orders requiring manual verification remain awaiting payment verification until staff confirm receipt. Use only the payment instructions displayed by Republic Peptide. Payment records may identify Westbridge Enterprises, LLC. Available payment methods, eligibility, savings, shipping, and optional fees appear at checkout. Review them before submitting payment. Coupon and promotion eligibility follows the terms displayed for that offer; stacking is available only where expressly offered.
Availability, errors, and cancellation
We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, a material listing or pricing error, unverified payment, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions. We will contact you if a change requires your agreement. If we cancel an unfulfilled paid order, we will refund the amounts due for the cancelled portion as required by law. Contact us promptly with a cancellation request; fulfilment may already have begun. See Returns, Refunds & Order Issues.
Shipping, protection, and order issues
Our Shipping Policy Policy governs fulfilment. Optional Route protection is separate from the purchase of merchandise and is subject to its applicable terms. Our order-issue policy explains the seven-calendar-day reporting window and unboxing evidence required for voluntary damage, shortage, and incorrect-item claims. These requirements do not eliminate rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Product information and responsible use
Product information and certificates identify research materials and reported testing; they are not medical advice, dosing instructions, or a guarantee of a particular research outcome. Batch reports relate to the identified sample or lot. You are responsible for appropriate laboratory training, facilities, storage, handling, and lawful disposal.
Website content and permitted use
Our branding and original website content belong to us or our licensors. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with site security, submit fraudulent claims, or copy protected material without authorization. Nothing here limits uses permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or suitability for a particular research outcome. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products to the extent such exclusion is lawful. These provisions do not exclude liability or warranties that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, or override an express product promise.
Changes and applicable rights
Updated policies apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Material changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an earlier purchase. Applicable law controls if it conflicts with these terms. No provision requires you to waive non-waivable consumer rights or payment-dispute rights.
