Republic Peptide Affiliate Program Terms By applying for and participating in the Republic Peptide Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms. 1. Program Overview - Affiliates receive a unique referral link and/or affiliate code. - Approved affiliates may earn commissions on qualified referred sales. - Participation in the program means acceptance of these Affiliate Terms. 2. Affiliate Approval - All affiliate applications require manual approval unless the company enables auto-approval. - Republic Peptide may approve, reject, suspend, or remove affiliates at any time. - Admin has full control over affiliate status and commission eligibility. 3. Default Commission and Discount - Default affiliate commission is 15% unless adjusted by admin. - Affiliate personal-use discount may be 10% when enabled by admin. - Self-purchases do not generate commissions. 4. Qualified Sale Rules A commission applies only when: - The order is completed and paid. - The order is not refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or self-referred. - The order is tracked through a valid affiliate link or affiliate code. 5. Commission Calculation Commissionable amount may exclude discounts, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, shipping, processing fees, product costs, platform fees, partner splits, and other deductions where applicable. 6. Tracking and Attribution - Referral tracking can happen through an affiliate link or affiliate code. - Last valid attribution wins. - Default cookie duration is 60 days. - Republic Peptide is not responsible for tracking failures caused by browsers, privacy tools, cookies being blocked, user error, or third-party systems. 7. Payouts - Payouts may be processed monthly on a Net-30 schedule. - Supported payout methods may include ACH, Wire, and Zelle. - W-9 or tax/payment information may be required before payout. - Republic Peptide may withhold payouts for fraud review, chargebacks, policy violations, or compliance concerns. 8. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may not: - Make medical claims or disease-treatment claims. - Claim products are intended for human consumption. - Use misleading marketing, spam, deceptive outreach, or impersonation. - Create fake Republic Peptide accounts, fake domains, fake customer accounts, or misleading affiliation claims. - Use alternate emails/accounts or family/friends to bypass self-referral rules. - Use cloaking, redirect abuse, bots, click farms, fake traffic, or black-hat marketing tactics. 9. Brand Usage Allowed brand usage may include approved brand name usage, QR code usage, direct linking, and approved marketing assets. Affiliates may not impersonate Republic Peptide staff, create fake accounts/domains, or use misleading brand representations. 10. FTC and Advertising Compliance Affiliates are responsible for following FTC disclosure requirements, advertising laws, Google Ads policies, TikTok policies, platform policies, and all applicable regulations. Affiliates should clearly disclose affiliate relationships when promoting Republic Peptide. 11. Refunds and Chargebacks Refunded, charged-back, cancelled, failed, or fraudulent orders reverse commissions. If commissions were already paid, Republic Peptide may deduct them from future payouts or request repayment. 12. Termination Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, affiliate links and codes may be disabled, and all brand usage must stop immediately. Republic Peptide may withhold unpaid commissions for violations. 13. Independent Contractor Status Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or joint venture participants of Republic Peptide. 14. No Guaranteed Earnings Republic Peptide does not guarantee earnings, revenue, traffic, conversions, or payout amounts. 15. Limitation of Liability Republic Peptide is not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunities, tracking failures, indirect damages, or third-party platform issues. 16. Program Modifications Republic Peptide may update program rules and terms at any time. Continued participation means acceptance of updated terms. 17. Governing Law These terms are governed by the State of Wyoming where applicable. 18. Minimum Activity Requirement Affiliates may be required to generate at least one qualified sale or $1,000+ net revenue within any rolling 90-day period. Inactive affiliates may lose access, have codes disabled, or be removed from the program.
